Blue Dragon[]
Blue Dragons have combat level of 111 and are located within Taverly dungeon. When killing Blue Dragons as a slayer assignment, Baby Blue Dragons count towards your kills.
Fighting them[]
Blue Dragons are generally easy to fight. A stabbing weapon would also be preferable if you have high enough strength level, such as Sir owen's longsword. Only melee if you have the food for it. Ranging is preferred because you can safespot them without being injured and do a lot of damage.
You either need an Anti-Dragon shield, Dragonfire shield, or level 37 prayer to use Protect from Magic if you choose to use melee.
Locations[]
Blue Dragons are located within the Taverly dungeon.
To get there, just click the dungeon teleports in your spellbook and go to the last page. You could use a Games necklace. Right click 'Rub' on the necklace, then click 'Dungeon Teleport 1(D)'. And lastly, click on 'Taverly Dungeon'.

Once your character teleports there, you can take several routes to get to the blue dragons. If you have the correct Agility level, you can jump over a strange floor, run past some Black demons, and finally enter the dragons lair. There is also a pipe right next the teleport location that requires 80 Agility. This would be the path if you took the Strange floor route:
