Doric is a dwarf that lives in a hut of North of Falador, East of the Taverly gates. Doric is specifically important for the quest points that he provide when you complete the quest Doric's Quest.

Doric has a smithing/mining quest that you can do to gain Smithing exp as a reward, and the ability to use his anvils (which give 2x smithing exp when using them.)
