The Fighter torso is a piece of Penance armour that can be obtained from playing the Pest Control minigame. It is commonly as a replacement over the Rune platebody, and because of the fact that it can be obtained without spending GP. It has stats comparable to higher tier gear, such as the Bandos chestplate. The Fighter torso can be obtained as a random reward from Voting. It can also be obtained from Pest control for 100 SSP.

The Fighter torso requires 40 defence to be worn.
The Fighter Torso compared to Bandos chestplate[]
The Bandos Chestplate has an identical Strength bonus to the Fighter Torso, but has a much higher Defence bonus. This makes the Bandos Chestplate a better option forPvM and PvP situations.
