Pernix chaps are part of the Pernix armour set, obtainable by killing Nex and exchanging with players. They require 80 Defence, 80 Constitution and 80 Ranged to be worn. Pernix chaps are degradeable and can be repaired by using the peices on the Weird Old Man.
