Turoth are in the high level slayer dungeon and require 55 Slayer and a leaf-blade spear or slayer helm.
To get there you should go to Spellbook> Dungeon Teleport> Page 2> Slayer Dungeon> High Level
They are also in the Slayer Dungeon. To get there Rub a games necklace > Dungeon teleport 1(D) > Slayer dungeon
The turoths in the old slayer dungeon are much smaller and are only level 85, but have more hp and are stronger. Both will count to your Turoth task however.
